Rimrock Homes LLC, was originally established in 1997 by Tom Poirier, General Contractor, under the name Poirier Construction. In 2015 the name was changed to make it easier for people to remember our name and locate our web page. During these 20 years, Rimrock Homes LLC/Poirier Construction has been engaged in all phases of residential and light commercial construction.

For the past 14 years, the company focused on construction management, which involved overseeing all stages of the building process of over 460 residential homes, condos, duplexes, apartments, commercial buildings, and land development. This experience has resulted in a solid business reputation.

Currently, Rimrock Homes LLC is focusing primarily on building quality homes for individuals, as well as light commercial construction. We also do home additions, remodeling, and damage mitigation.

Because of our extensive construction management experience, we can guide clients 

co​mfortably through the building process steps, including planning and design, cost breakdown and budget development, component selection, placement to best utilize the site, and on-the-ground construction. We have developed relationships over many years with skilled sub-contractors to serve your needs. If you have not selected a designer or lender, we can recommend excellent sources for those services. 

Regular communication and efficient coordination are hallmarks of our service. We deal directly with our clients rather than using assistants or answering services. Your involvement is encouraged at each step. We strive to make the experience of building your home satisfying and successful.
